The apartment is built in 2007 and has a lovely view over the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains. The distance to the beach is only 100 meters and there is easy access to the apatments own pool area.

Many golf courses in high international standard are located only 5 minutes drive from the apartment, and it is possible to explore the whole golf area in just a week.

Because of the geographic destination, this area has a unique climate and is one of the chilliest places in Spain at summertime and among the warmest in winter. Several inhabitants in Marbella actual moved to the area because of the better climate. (According to WHO, the third healtiest place in the world to live).

The saltlakes at Torreveja and other places near the area are popular travelling destinations for people with skin problems.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds and a sleeping couch for two people in the living room. From the living room there is direct access to the south-facing terrace with a panoramic seaview and opportunity to watch the pool area.

In the apartment you will also find a bathroom with shower/bathtub, a large kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and a large gas grill on the roof terrace.
The TV is 32” and has a DVD-player. You can use the wireless Internet free of charge (3 MBit ADSL).

It is possible to park right in front of the apartment.
